I like the added details. I still think you are missing a "hook" in your Transfer section. I like how figure A.2 in the pdf we have for this class says "A transfer goal answer the questions "Why should I learn this?" "What can I do with this?". If you could add these bit to the transfer section, I think your stage 1 would be even better.
